Joyful Care Services began in 1992, when Marina, with limited resources but a lot of heart, and the full support of her husband Rudy, opened an office in Woodland Hills to help families find experienced, compassionate caregivers. Over the years the agency has helped many families keep their loved ones healthy and happy in their own homes.

We have stayed small on purpose. That is how a family agency keeps knowing its families, and it is why the same office team answers when you call.
